When a homeowner issues a refund to your payment card, you receive an automated email confirming the date that the refund has been issued. Please note due to unprecedented travel disruptions, refunds may currently take 30 days to flow through the banking system.
In the interim we ask you not to contact your card issuer to raise a chargeback as your refund is being processed.
If the card has expired or been cancelled, contact your bank for assistance moving the funds to your new card.
