When a homeowner issues a refund back to your payment card, you should receive an automated email confirming the date that the refund has been issued. Once this email has been sent, the funds should appear on your payment card by the 7th business day.
If the card has expired or been cancelled, contact your bank for assistance moving the funds to your new card.
