As a HomeAway customer, damage deposits are automatically refunded to your guests through HomeAway Payments, powered by the YapStone payments platform. If you need to subtract damages, click here or if you need to delay a refund of refundable damage deposit, click here.
Damage deposit refunds are automatically issued to your guests 7 or 14 days after check-out, depending on your selected option.
If you have provided us with a signed Direct Debit Mandate, you can manually issue other refunds such as goodwill gestures or cancellation refunds/discounts. You can do this from the Payments section within your Reservation Manager.
